Back ground verification of the candidate you are taking lots of time. Untill you provide feedback job with the company is not guaranteed. Candidate will be waiting patiently for your response. If waiting period is reduced a bit that will be helpful.

I was unable to login due to not being on Google chrome, which I learned after contact "support". I think it should pop up as a suggestion when a customer is having trouble logging in instead of excessively suggesting that the customer has enter the wrong login information. The support representative I spoke to was efficient and easily located my issue. He was also very patient with me, I appreciate that.

Just another company that couldn't get my background check turned in on time so another position lost!

The instructions on My end were not difficult, however despite 4 attempts at processing My I-9 for ABM aviation services I keep getting E-Mails saying it has not been done! My new employer is after Me to complete this task, I have gone to the portal, registered and loaded the information and it is listed as being completed and the next day I get a message from sterling that it needs to be done! What's up???

It started off with a rocky start. But the representative helped me out and made the rest smooth sailing.

I liked that I was contacted throughout the process, but I received a few duplicated requests and got a bit confused on whether or not I should resubmit. On the other hand, the support responded very quickly and it was a smooth experience afterwards

Went past the expected date as was fist stated and now I'm awaiting to start my employment due to this error. Not on person caught this error until I called and made them aware. As this affects my income and livelihood I am very disappointed.
