the post-its are great and delivery was quick. However, it was painful making changes to the artwork. It went back and forth 4 times because of errors at your end.

All aspects of the job were good except the color. This was a one-color job and the PMS color or process color build was washed out and not the company's corporate color. Otherwise the product was as advertised and the service and turn-around were very good.

Customer service is hit or miss, sometimes they're great and the order is processed quickly and without issues. Other times there are delays with no explanation or I have sent several emails with questions about placing an order and received no answer.

Great service, nice quality notepad. But disappointed in color of the final product. Proof was gold as intended to match our logo, but notepads came with a red hue that didn't match.
