Absolutely terrible. They did nothing but use AI to create some basic landing page it’s was nonsense. Then it took them 6 months to “try” and make it better which never happened while they charged me the whole time.. So I asked for my money back which they said they would but never did. After 5-6 attempts I charged it back on my card.. some of their employees are cool but they are just a bad business overall.

They do not do what they say they will do. Communication is great until you sign up and need things fixed that they mess up. TERRIBLE

FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!Terrible, low-IQ, low effort, ai garbage. This is a warning I with I was told, this company is absolutely awful. They do not wish to provide excellent service & a good product to the world, their main objective is to milk money from their marketing. It feels like this isn’t even a real business, no google profile, hard to find, can’t talk to anyone except the salesmen. When I reached out to them they convinced me that I was going to have one of the best websites, when I got it I had to request so many changes & there was service code all in my website. Mind you, the only good parts were copied directly from my previous website. I also asked for a refund 2 days before next billing, the salesmen said “since you asked before you were billed I’m sure we can stop it, I’ll talk to the other department to get it figured out” 2 days pass, hey Buddy so since you already got billed there’s no way we can cancel the service. This is the behavior & attitude you can expect to see at StoneSystems. The owner of this company was on Love Island the reality show. Anyone who works for this love island joker needs to either find a tall bridge or find a different job. Cause all you do is littler the world.

Terrible service, can't get ahold of anyone, no replies back from emails, getting random charges that were not signed for, stay far away from this business. It's cheap for a reason.

Caution when hiring this company. I paid 3 months upfront and cancelled before the "website" was completed. When I asked for a refund, I was told they wouldn't refund any of the money. I have dealt with sub par businesses in the past and this one deserves less than one star. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Company is trash. Tired to get a refund after asking to close account for many months. Called today and they said no to refund even though it was an internal issue. This company is a joke...

URGENT, PLEASE READ AND I HOPE I CAN SAVE YOU HEADACHES! I liked what they preached over a zoom call, and like an idiot, I paid the $297 before reviewing their terms. One thing they don’t tell you is that they create a website for you but they own it. If you decide to quit their services, you will lose everything because you don’t own the website. I told them within 24 hours that I wanted to cancel the service and get a refund because they haven’t started working on my profile yet. They said they don’t offer refunds and continued to try getting me on the launch call. They offer Google Business Profile integrations as part of their plan and THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE A GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE!!! Most likely because it would be littered with bad reviews. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!

These guys are textbook scammers,they reel you in with a very honest approach. But they just take your money away,give you the worst type of website and stop responding. They didn't use any of the photos and videos i sent them and just went silent. Awful company!!! They also do incentives to leave 5 star review which i really regret leaving! Should've trusted my gut, when they asked me for a review that quickly. Go far away as possible!
