We showed up to their office and right away they started squaring us away and within 10-15 mins we had a great deal and a storage place. We checked other places and from what I saw this was the best secure, affortable place around this area. Thank you for all your help. May the good Bless You'll. AP

I have had no issues with the staff in the office. It's been a great experience. We had a run in with another tennent on move in day. We had a trailer Parker alone the curb which we where told it was open parking and it must have been been his rented parking space. She started blowing the horn and I kept saying we're hurrying and it got ugly from there. A marked spot would have solved that problem very quickly and we wouldn't have parked there to start with. We were told we could park anywhere to unload. That's not the case. This needs to be fixed so it doesn't happen again. As hot headed as people get these days who knows what could have happened if one of the men was mad enough.

Service was amazing. The owner was very helpful in helping us decide on what size unit would be appropriate for all of our stuff. Location is convenient and close by where we currently reside, and storage site is very clean and professional.

Very friendly and very helpful. I loved how they took the time to run me through the entire process to be sure I was familiar with the way things worked.

Our unit was flooded and I was told that the insurance would cover our loss. However, the insurance company wrote me and said that the policy excludes flooding. When I questioned the staff about it they said that they had nothing to do with the insurance, although they told me that our insurance covered the damage. I called the insurance company that supplied the coverage that Storage King sold me and they said that the staff should not have told me that. Also, the staff member at the Fort Pierce location was extremely rude when I asked him about the fact that I was was expressly told that this loss was covered by the insurance. It angers me that the staff at Storage King lied through their teeth regarding our loss and then had the audacity to be curt with me when I questioned him about it. I was also told by this same staff that I will get my September rent back in the mail. I'm not holding my breath......

We are sorry to hear about your experience. As you were told by the insurance company, our employees are not qualified nor authorized to discuss the adequacy of a renter’s existing insurance coverage. Any policy questions must be directed to the insurance carrier if a renter has questions about coverage. We will address this with our staff member. In regards to your refund, it was recently processed and you can expect to receive it shortly.

Perfect on the inside, however they have to improve the entrance look. It’s always deteriorating, and we pay enough money for rentals .
