Storage King USA is clean and secure. The storage area is well lit and ventilated. Storage King USA units are also easily accessible by using the stairs or elevator. The receptionist at the 5134 Lancaster Ave, 19131 was very kind and professional..I would recommend STORAGE KING USA everytime.

Move-in was easy, the prices are affordable, the staff is incredibly helpful, and I feel safe having my stuff there.

Great experience till I started moving in- -- with no help- just me. I have a inside climate control space. Would help a lot if exterior door had a foot prop to keep open while going in with arms full. Also wish they provided a small flat bed cart so I didn't have to drag/push/pull large tubs. Otherwise-all good.

I was told that unit given to me will be at ground floor facing directly to the road. Finally the unit assigned to me was inside; turned out extreme hard for me to transport the goods to and from the unit to truck.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and the experience has been great so far. The staff has been welcoming and very helpful from the beginning and the price is reasonable!! Everything from my initial set up to my payments, I'm always handled with respect and great attitude. My unit is clean, safe, and the location is very convenient. I recommend them any time someone asks about storage!!
