I had a great experience at storage king. The rates were great and the manager who assisted me was very helpful and was a pleasure to work with! I had my storage unit in minutes after she showed me around. The security is great, my unit was clean and the entire place appears to be very well taken care of.

It’s very disappointing to receive a comment like this. We work hard to offer prompt friendly service, and will investigate the concerns you have raised. We have a few questions, can you please contact us at [email protected] to discuss this further?

The staff is very helpful and pleasant however the elevator is WAY to small and its only one. The building is a bit rundown overall I give this place a good not great review

Staff was very insipid and uncourteous to all customers. The Hispanic young lady was not but, the african american male and female were. We had to hear about how they had to get there hair done, how they had a party to go to and all as to the reason why they did not want to let people in at 3:15 in the afternoon to unload. Or the other excuse was the gate was being serviced let me find the man to open it , oh he is at break. This was two days in a row, I have sinced removed my belongings from your facility and will not ever come back or recommend to anyone. It was a disgrace and a shame!!!

Firstly, we'd like to apologize for the seemingly dismissive attitude our employees had regarding your concern. We always work hard to maintain the high level of our client service, and you can be sure that this incident was an isolated case. In speaking with our staff this appears as a case where there just wasn't enough time before the end of the day to move.We are happy to stay later if the staff is able to, but on this day that was not possible.Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience. Customer feedback is instrumental to helping us provide you with the very best customer service.

Online bill pay never ever works for my location. How can a company that can't even fix their website provide good service to it's customers. I complain every month and still not fixed...
