StoragePartsDeirect.com AKA Storage Parts Direct AKA SPD is a subsidiary (DBA) of Star Technology LLC based in Florida. We are a Wholesaler and Retailer for Storage Devices, Networking and Computer Parts. We have a large stock pile of Hard Drives, Solid State Drives, Storage Arrays, Tape Drive, Memory, Host Bus Adapters, Processors, Power Supplies, Transceivers, Smart Arrays, BBWC, FBWC, Storage Controllers, Networking Switches and Cards. Our main concentration is HPE Gen8, Gen9 & Gen10 Servers and MSA (Modular Storage Arrays) / Storage Arrays. But we also have a large stock of HPE Gen1 to Gen7 Server Drives and Parts. It is a blatant lie. We shipped your Package on time. Please check FedEx Tracking #770342616186 We always send shipment notification email to all of our customers including Tracking Numbers. And also we replied your email but it was bounced back with some error messages.

they sell me 8 hdd for 3par all faulty
they sell me 8 hdd for 3par all faulty, i ask for change and they say not possible, they say warranty 3 years but not true, be carefull when ordering with them. just lost 3400 usd on this and customer is very angry.

These drives have warranty from HPE. You should contact HPE for the replacement. We would have returned them if you informed us within the 30 Days Return Window.

3 days after payment and still no info
3 days after payment, no info about sending. No email answer, only chat that they will send.! Totally dont know what will be the final experience. will see.... First order they canceled and inform me to pay over paypal, i done this and after no info.!

Also emailed you as follows; "Subject: Order #8994 - Cancelled & VOID Payment Message: Hello, I am sorry to inform you that we do not accept Credit Card Payment from Non-US Customers. This is why we cancelled your Order #8994 and VOID Payment. Non-US Customers are only allowed to place their Orders using PayPal only. Thank you"
