Nice product, works great!

I got the part very fast by mail and always notified by email about the status. Thanks a lot!

Easy ordering and received sooner than listed on my receipt. Received exactly what I ordered.

I needed a garage door support spring replacement. I placed the order using a measuring chart online. Preferred Door tech support called me same day to make sure I had the right spring, because it appeared to him that it was too light. Turns out I had ordered the wrong spring. Unbelievable service & support!! Someone calling you to make sure you get the right part. Unbelievable!!! I needed a wireless keypad replacement. Preferred doors had one on sale for 50% off, new. Works great.
