I'll never order from here again
I'll never order from here again, lazy, incompetent, has no idea what they are doing, i'll be refrusing a shipment when it us delivered! A full refund is expected, including shipping since i paid for overnight an it will be 4 days Mon! Terrible!

This in unfortunate. Customer mistakenly ordered Fedex Overnight (next business day) on a Friday and complains that it arrives on Monday (on time). He doesn't realize that he caused three people at least an hour each trying to fix HIS issue. Myself, the warehouse router, and the Fedex troubleshooter EACH tried to get his package to arrive on Saturday (at my expense). I even refunded him $38 and he still isn't happy.

the product description failed to list…
the product description failed to list that the switch I selected (on/off/on) was a momentary (on/off/(on)) So I had to purchase another from another supplier .

Sorry for the confusion Herman. StoreFly, as well as multiple other websites, get it's descriptions from our supplier, who get their description from the manufacturer. I agree that the description could be more clear. The title shows "ON/OFF/(ON)", where the "(ON)" in brackets is code for momentary. Sadly, there is nothing StoreFly can do about this. Mike

Defective merchandise remedy
Had a defective unit, electronics, and a quick phone call to Storefly, my issues were immediately addressed. I had a new unit sent immediately, when I recurved, next day, I sent the broken unit back. Great place to do business!
