I ordered custom handle shopping backs in mid May. I had to call in June to ask where they are. I was told your machine was broken and just fixed and a large backlog. I was told our order would be done asap since it was ordered so early. Now I'm told not ready until July.

I am needing 2 inch dots for my job. I received .75 inch dots. I just would like a refund and to return the incorrect product. Otherwise, I had a good experience on the website.

I called to inquire about the ETA on custom bags I had ordered as I was down to my last few bags. In order to tide me over until I got them, I was offered plain stock bags. They arrived the next day! Awesome customer service!

terrible sent me missing pieces then wanted to charge me to replace it. now i stuck with two. smh
