The stove guard was sent for my model of stove. It fits fine, I just wish it was a little wider.

Immediately received a response to my inquiry. I love the stovetop guards I purchased in the past, unfortunately these last items didn't work for me.

I’m not sure if ordered the wrong thing or you sent the wrong item. I received an universal oven mat when I thought I ordered the stove guard for my new Samsung gas range.

The product is junk. It melts after few months of use. The company is aware of it that is evident by the fact you have to PURCHASE a warranty to have the product replaced when (not if) it fails. Customer service is not helpful at all.
