Hi Nick, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the promotional beard oil was missing, especially since the offer influenced your decision to increase your order. We understand why the discount and free-shipping codes didn’t feel like an equivalent resolution when they required another purchase. We appreciate you recognizing the quality of our products, but we also know the overall experience matters. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll be reviewing how promotional offers and fulfillment issues like this are handled so we can do better.
