My business with STT. Recently I had a privilege to work with…
Recently I had a privilege to work with STT Logistics Group, specifically with agent name Carlos. I can say with certainty it truly was a wonderful experience. Carlos had everything ready for me, address, a BOL and he had coordinated my arrival time with shipper. When I arrived, they were waiting for me standing outside, so that I won’t go past. Had an easy experience at my delivery destination too. All and all, great experience to work with STT. Thank you team.

Gabriella was good broker to work with
Gabriella was good broker to work with. Minor communication issue with the pick up appointment, but other then that, no complaints. Documents were emailed promptly to set up as first time carrier. Great company overall.

The load was lined up and easy to book
The load was lined up and easy to book. The delivery had some issues and not ma ch communication on customer end. My broker was excellent and did all he could do to help, and we readjusted the rate for extra miles when delivery could not be made. Would do business with again for sure but preferably not with same customer.
