I don't know why the app keeps crashing. I was so excited to use it but it just kept disappointing me.

My experience with StudyFetch has been wonderful, My studies have become way more easier and organised with methods such as summaries flashcards and live lectures, and I highly recommend using this app!

I have a premium subscription since the start of the year and it states unlimited Tutor Me sessions but today, when I actually needed to study with it, I found out that I am only allowed 1 session in 17 hours and even that does not work. And if I want it, I have to pay extra $30 a month. A few weeks ago, I was having difficulties uploading documents but I brushed it off as connectivity issues. Now, I am extremely disappointed because I have an exam tomorrow and this AI could've helped a lot. Thankfully, I can still rely on myself to study properly. I considered paying the extra $30 but I read a review here that said that the Tutor Me does not work even after paying. So, I created the Trustpilot account today, only to leave this review. Please DO NOT pay for this unreliable app.

This app has been a huge disappointment. It crashes constantly — sometimes right after opening, other times right in the middle of use, which makes it basically useless. I’ve tried everything: reinstalling, updating my phone, clearing the cache, and nothing fixes it. To make matters worse, I requested a refund three weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. I even sent video evidence and screenshots showing the app crashing repeatedly, but there’s been no response or follow-up from the support team. The lack of communication is just as frustrating as the app itself. At this point, I feel like I’ve wasted both my time and money. I don’t recommend this app to anyone until the developers get serious about fixing the bugs and supporting their users.

so basically its just like perplexity ai but worse. it always glitches out, outputs the wrong language, site always lagging etc etc. the ai is awful like straight asscheeks. i told him to do the questions for me and it just did everything wrong and i knew it because it wasnt even the same subject anymore. my input was math and the output was history. SO DONT BUY IT!!

As a teacher, your students can only access one set of flash cards and then they have to pay for their own subscription. This company is trying to bleed $100 out of educators for zero purposes! 5/30/25 Update: The link you provided in your response says nothing new. You say you respect what teachers do but try to scam us out of money. Either refund my money or allow students to use my flash cards.... it is not that hard!!!!!!!

I’m a nursing student and absolutely loved the Tutor Me feature — I relied on it heavily to get through my studies. It’s one of the best learning tools I’ve found. Unfortunately, their billing system and customer support are a nightmare. I paid $141 for the annual plan, and shortly after, I was locked out of the Tutor Me feature with no warning. I was told I now had to pay an extra $30 to continue using it — but when I tried, the payment page was blank and wouldn’t let me complete the transaction. Once that was finally fixed, I paid the $30, only to be blocked again — this time from uploading any more materials, even though my premium plan includes unlimited uploads. As for support, they gave slow, copy-paste replies and never resolved anything. Out of desperation, I even tried a second account and paid again — and still couldn’t access what I needed. In total, I’ve spent over $200 on a broken system with no accountability. The feature is great, but the company behind it failed me completely — and at a very critical time in my semester, right before my exams. This kind of conversational AI tutoring is the future, and it’s only a matter of time before better platforms start doing it right. When they do, I’ll gladly take my business to a more professional, transparent, and well-run company that actually values its users.
