When placing the order I have never received any information or confirmation. I have no idea of the status of my order or when it will ship. Totally left in limbo.

Norma, all orders send an automatic email receipt when placed. I see you are on yahoo so you might want to check your spam folder. Since you just placed your order a few days ago it has not yet shipped, but once it does we will email you again with all the tracking information. Also once we are notified it has been delivered, we will email you a notification of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t control your email providers spam settings. Thanks, Cindy
