It's a great app. It's can be a bit pushy when it comes to adding deposits lol I innerstand though! I don't like the options. i have had clients come but not be ready for the service, instead of not wanting my service. Sometime they have to reschedule. Overall it's smooth. 🖖🏽

I don’t like when it’s a new client it’s forced you to use one payment some ppl don’t have tap or want to and want to use cash.

I love the app for many reasons such as it being like my assistant I have been on StyleSeat since 2013 and it’s come along way however there is a lot of fees taken out which is not helping. Clients being able to lock their card does not help the stylist if they are blocking their card for us not to charge it’s no protection for the stylist.also some clients want to pay with cash and it seems like I’m being punished for not always paying with a card it’s not fair for me to be taken out of the top pro position and my rating go down I hate that . Also as long as I’ve been with this company I wish I would be giving opportunities within the company that lead to partnership of some sorts but over all I love this platform and just have a few things I don’t like

It’s a good platform. feel it’s a lot of hidden fees with first time clients sometimes the client be referred and the system will still make me pay first time client fee there’s no way for me to verify that they are mine originally
