Bad insecure packaging was used
Ordered two sets of windshield wipers. They came in a some sort of impromptu package (they taped two small boxes together in order to fit the wipers). When package arrived, the tape was loose such that the two boxes were not holding together. The contents were out. Only one set of wipers arrived. Not sure if one set was lost during the transit or only one set was shipped.

was shipped incorrectly
was shipped USPS (a mailing address) and a shipping address was requested, which is different because we live in a very rural location with no postal delivery 0 PO Boxes only. it was returned.??? this was NOT inexpensive and need the part ordered!
