Everything you are doing is great and I would normally give you a higher rating but at the moment you are transitioning in new features (also great) but they sometimes cause minor problems - think you could pre-test new features a little better before putting them out there.

I love the service and ease of use through the platform. However, the only reason for 4stars instead of 5 is that the organization has become accustomed to things breaking when we need them most on the Subsplash platform.... long wait times on calendar, 6mo issue with getting Roku graphic correctly uploaded, app not working on Easter couple years ago, Banner Carousel not uploading (currently), etc.... just to name a couple off the top of my head. I love Subsplash and would even love to work for them one day. Overall, I would recommend them to everyone. But in full transparency, I have been frustrated at times due to some platform inconsistencies.
