I have had my sub Zero for 1.5 years. I have the one with a single door and the freezer below (BI-36U/S/TH-RH). Its a great refrigerator but it has a design flaw. When you shut the door it knocks the freezer door ajar. You will not realize it until you sit down on the sofa with a beer and hear it start dinging at you. In addition, we just realized we now have a freon leak. The inside of the unit has a chemical smell and we have eliminated every other issue we can think of. I have had the warranty repair guys out to address the first issue... which is still an issue. I will be calling them out again for the latter issue tomorrow. I do have one recommendation, if you decide to purchase this product make sure you pay the extra for the professional installation... If you don't it will impact your warranty. With that said, I think my next purchase will be another Thermador.
