Room wasn’t on par with Tan “luxury” rooms. Floor was disgusting, carpet was old, door didn’t lock from outside without having to forcefully close it. Laundry wasn’t clear as to where it was. Beds were small for a two bedroom condo unit.

Rooms are nice. Enjoy the enclosed private balcony. Didn't understand how to use the washer in the unit, but maintenance was quick and glad to show us how to use it. Would definitely recommend booking here.

Front desk person very nice and polite. Room was ready and clean.

The entire concept is based on false advertising. When looking at units during buying process keep in mind that the actual units may be in a much worse shape. Supplies are not adequate, extra charges for everything, lack of on site support, they use 3rd party vendors for cleaning and supplies so if you need anything you can never get it right away at the front desk... etc too many issues to list. Would never recommend, not worth it.

When we missed our connecting flight to Florida due to a computer problem with United Airlines, I called the TAN office to notify them that we would be late getting into Florida (we arrived at midnight instead of 2 PM). I was told I could get the key and packet to the condo at a pickup box on Seven Dwarf Road. After asking several people, including the police, we were told there was no road by this name in Aventura, Florida where our condo was located. We spent a great deal of time in the early hours of the morning trying to find the condo, the pickup box road and they key. Finally at the condo, the security officer helped us get into the building and into the condo. The key to the condo was on the table inside the condo and there was no pickup box in which the key was suppose to be. We were very disappointed in the wrong information we received from the TAN office staff and all the grief it caused us. We were not happy at all with the service.

Our Sundance vacation at Myrtle Beach Resort was wonderful from the day we checked in. We were greeted at the check in station to pick up our welcome package by three very friendly and cheerful women. And then we went to MBR and as always our unit was wonderful. At first a little scary when we had to use a code to get in; all of us afraid we wouldn't remember the code. But it actually worked out great; no keys or key card to keep track of. Thanks for providing us with a great vacation package. Looking forward to our next trip.

The weather was great n beach beautiful except for one day there are a lot of Portuguese man of war washed up. The condo was clean except the tub looked grimy but could be stained. We had maintenance come on to fix a door. Someone came in while we were gone n left a fan in the bedroom. There was a problem next to us n some water leaked into ours. They should have left a note n told us what was going on. Lots of construction going on. Otherwise we had a great time 😃

The treatment could be more people friendly. I am not the middle man between the actual company and the vacation unit, I am still a visiting customer. However the unit was great and had a nice time.
