Abby Wright is an exceptional representative with knowledge and understanding of the products. She was not a high pressure sales person, but a genuine caring person. The sauna is top notch and made with superb materials. 5 Stars for sure.

After 3 months of thorough research on multiple manufacturers, styles, options, and proven benefits, we decided to purchase our Mpulse Believe sauna. We had several small issues initially, but from the moment we contacted Sunlighten, their customer service and support team have been absolutely amazing. Cookie Jones reached out to us immediately and constantly followed up with us to personally ensure our issues were being resolved to our satisfaction. Every single day I would have a voicemail, text message, or email from Cookie Jones updating us on our status. Cookie went above and beyond to ensure the issues were completely resolved. Now that our sauna is fully operational, I can say I am very pleased with our decision. The quality, craftsmanship, and design of the Mpulse is top notch. It is a beautiful sauna and delivers an amazing experience. As awesome as the sauna is, what truly makes Sunlighten the company to go with is the employees…from Cookie Jones to the technical support staff and customer service team, every single person I have had contact with along the way have been extremely polite, very professional, and have all done everything they could do to make sure our issues were resolved to our satisfaction. If you go with Sunlighten, the quality and attention to detail of their products almost guarantees you will not have any issues. But, if you are one of the rare instances that require assistance, rest assured that Sunlighten stands behind their products and will work endlessly to make sure you have a pleasant experience. We absolutely LOVE our sauna! The most satisfying aspect of buying a Sunlighten sauna is knowing the quality is built in and you have peace of mind knowing Sunlighten is a company that stands behind their product, honors their warranty, and will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met…a full service company with a satisfaction guarantee which is very rare today. We are extremely happy with our sauna and so thankful we went with Sunlighten! It is because of all the people at Sunlighten, especially Cookie Jones, that we are Sunlighten customers for life!
