Great job Riki!
I had an amazing experience working with Riki Bennett at Sunlighten. I took several weeks to make my decision and called multiple times with questions as I weighed my options. Riki was consistently patient, informative, and never pushy. He gave me space to decide without pressure, which I deeply appreciated. When I was finally ready to move forward, the process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend working with him if you want a pressure-free buying experience.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. And the product is really easy to assemble. However, the max temp reads 167F. After assembly I only saw it get to 125, and I can feel the cold air coming in through the bottom and sides of the glass door. I have been putting on weather stripping retain more heat. I have seen it go up now to 147. For the cost I would hope this would reach the max temp.

Thank you for sharing this feedback! We’re glad to hear the assembly went smoothly. Our saunas are designed to operate in the 120–140°F range, which is where infrared heat is most effective. The higher number you see on the display functions more like a car’s speedometer—an upper limit that isn’t meant to be reached during normal use. If you’d like, our team can share a few tips to help you get the coziest and most effective sessions. We’re here for you and happy to support you every step of the way.
