A little education makes for a happy customer
Greg was the best to chat with about saunas and helping to answer questions and educate me. He was friendly, chill and fun to talk to. I didn't feel pressured into a purchase. I asked lots of questions and he was patient as he answered my questions. After being educated, I feel like Sunlighten has a superior product and I understand why the cost is worth it.

I purchased and received my sauna that…
I purchased and received my sauna that was damaged by being left in the rain by the delivery service, not Sunlighten. I emailed the customer service department and Cookie was quick to help, kind, and handled the situation with the highest priority. I received the new sauna quickly and was very happy with the service I received.

Spencer is the man
Spencer is the man! Really knows his stuff. This company is legit. Answers all questions and more. Very insightful and detail oriented with everything. They didn’t come across as cheesy just to make a sale. They truly care about their customers satisfaction.

I love the addition of this back rest…
I love the addition of this back rest to my sauna experience. Very comfortable to lean against and less stress on my back.

we love our new sunlighten sauna. my husband had to add some sealing beacSue cold air was getting thru the door at the bottom. the bluetooth works perfectly. it does take about an hour to get to 130.

Great customer service and sauna
From start to finish, our experience with Sunlighten was excellent. Sean helped us choose the sauna that best met ours needs. He followed through until the order was placed. The delivery person was very good and the sauna was packaged very well on a pallet. We did have a minor damaged area, however Sunlighten handles it professionally with fair compensation and great follow through. The sauna we purchased is very nice and we are very pleased with it.

FEDEX purposely delayed the shipment
I dont like that you used FEDEX for shipment. They have a habit of not delivering on time and delaying. They went to the back door of my establishment and left a missed delivery tag, despite that there was a staffed office in the front of the building and the front door was open and unlocked.
