Great service and quality
Big shoutout to Brandon Prater who was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful and didn’t make me feel any pressure. The purchase process was flawless and even the delivery company was helpful and made delivery easy. Clear instructions to assemble and had everything put together and operational in about an hour. Quality is top notch.

Tabitha was very knowledgeable about the products, sizes, features, screens, materials, benefits of each technology, etc...which help us make the correct choice for our family. Tabitha is personable, great follow up, without being pushy, and is a valuable member of your team and representative of the Sunlighten brand. Treat her well. People like this are hard to find.

I would definitely recommend another…
I would definitely recommend another brand. I bought the three person sauna 6 months ago and it has been broken and unusable more than half of the time. They are quick to mail parts out that are broken which is great but you have to install them yourself. Not a huge deal for me as I can do it but I have spent hours and hours replacing parts in a ten thousand dollar sauna. The parts are cheaply made and none of the programmed features on the sauna get very hot. The only way it will heat up decently when it does work is just do a custom program and turn it as high as it goes and pre heat at least an hour. I have replaced half of the heating pads, half of the lights, the mother board and now waiting on the tablet again. I would much rather return it at this point.
