Tabitha is amazing!
Tabitha was truly one of the best customer service experts I've ever worked with at any company. She was friendly, fun, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating to my schedule when we set up a second call. She's the reason I got "off the fence" and ordered my sauna!

My app still does not work
My app still does not work. They were supposed to send me a device to make it connect, but I have still not received it. It would be nice if I could warm the sauna ahead of time without having to walk out side. Also, the sound in my sauna only worked for a few days.

What a great experience
Michael Howard is a stud! Not only did he listen to why we wanted a sauna, but he walked me through all of the details from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. We anxiously await the arrival of our new sauna. Thanks, Michael.

Tabitha was very knowledgable!
Tabitha was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. She kept in close contact with me throughout the ordering process and even helped with contacting the delivery service. She sent various links and pictures that have been very helpful! Great customer service!
