Should have stuck with Clearlight
Wish we had a more positive review . Overall Quality and heat up time not nearly as good as ClearLight. We bought a Clearlight a year prior for a different location and love it .

Ordered a back rest for our Suana
Ordered a back rest for our Suana. I think we may have slipped through the cracks. Item never arrived but you redeemed yourselves by sending very quickly when I questioned the delay.

Worth the $plurge
After a lot of research - we finally settled on the Amplify 3 which is a perfect size for two people. We have it outside with insulation and a protective wrap. Heats up in about an hour. We love it!

Jake - Logistics Coordinator for Sunlighten
Had to exchange my sauna and Jake Kizer did a excellent job in helping the process go smoothly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and super nice to work with. Highly recommend him if you need help with exchange or any problems with you sauna.

We still don’t have a fully functioning…
We still don’t have a fully functioning sauna. After replacing the door seal it still will not close tightly and the iPad does not play Netflix or other apps. It goes black when trying to use Netflix. The sound also is hard to get working.

Took a month to receive order and terrible communication.
Took a month to received ordered accessories. I ordered them in the beginning of July and the email stated it would be 7-10 days. However, 14 days later I still hadn't received my order nor delivery tracking info. I emailed the company and never got a response. It took them another 6 days to send out the order for which I got an automated email and it wasn't delivered for another 7 days.
