Brittany from Sunlighten has been extremely professional and resourceful from day one. I love the promptness of getting my questions answered. In my opinion, the professionalism of the company is represented in great customer service, so thank you for reviewing the studies with me, and validating my questions.

I recently purchased my Sunlighten infrared sauna. Darrel the sales rep was the absolute best, very knowledgeable and kind.

The Customer service from Kyle was the worst service I have ever got from any company and the delivery was terrible from the standpoint of they don't tell you when to expect the sauna and they just text the day before and say its coming between 5:30 and 9PM, they told us they would delay the delivery and did not so overall I would say they don't care for their customers very well at all. The sauna was very easy to assemble and everything works and it's a very well built unit, just the worst customer service ever.

This is my first time buying anything from Sunlighten, and it certainly will not be my last. I know a bit about saunas, because I have a sister who was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer 2 years ago. Since then, I have been studying about saunas, and desiring to have one myself for good health. Susan was my rep, and she ended up being a gem! 💎 The thing I loved the most during my experience with Susan, was that she was focused 100% on what would be the best for me. It was wonderful. She was respectful of my time, never pushy, nor did she even mention an upsale to me when I explained what I was looking for. She was patient and responsive, and actively listened to what I had to say. She gave me options, only in relation to what I asked for. She was kind, honest, and never overbearing. She never rushed me. It was her sincere honestly, that won my heart and my sale. ❤️ It didn't matter if someone was selling me a 10-person mega deluxe sauna for $2000 bucks. I wouldn't take it. Because in the process of the sale, I began to trust Susan. When buying something, NOTHING means more than fantastic customer service. Nothing. The patience Susan had going over everything with me for hours upon hours, answering all my questions clearly, promptly and thoroughly - was the best customer service experience ever. I love, that Susan loves her job. She had so much good information to share. She was gentle in her speech towards me and my needs, and always available when I had a question and reached out to her. I was looking at three different companies, but I went with Sunlighten because of Susan. We need more customer service reps out there like her who are HONEST, and kind, and SINCERELY want to help people! Susan went above and beyond my expectations, and she truly made Sunlighten shine. I am a fan of Sunlighten now, and will recommend Sunlighten from this day forward. THANK YOU!!

After having some initial issues with the set up I worked with a customer service associate and it was fixed quickly and efficiently. This is our second sauna and it is all that it is marketed to be. Starting with our sales associate Brittany, who was responsive and professional, the experience was excellent. I have recommended this sauna to many. In fact, my partner has asked if I am secretly a sales associate for Sunlighten.

Erik was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend him! He is wonderful!

Good customer service and transparency throughout the negotiation.

I started a chat session 2/15 with Meg Bray. I am buying a previously owned sauna from my friend. She no longer had the manual. Age of sauna, or any info. I gave Meg her name & within 30 seconds, she had the information for me & a link to that particular sauna!! She made an account for me for any follow up. She gave me great service, even though I have never bought anything, but will own a Sunlighten soon. Big shout out to Meg Bray!!!! You are awesome!! Cindy Hulick
