Micah was absolutely phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable and helped me pinpoint exactly what I needed. I have had my eye on Sunlighten for years. I thought I knew what I needed. Micah gave me enough information to make an educated decision. This is an investment in my health and my future and thanks to Micah, I am on my way! I cannot wait to get started using my new sauna. Great customer service is hard to come by. I thought I would've felt remorse for splurging on a sauna but Micah made me feel great about it. I am truly grateful! Micah deserves a raise!!!

we decided to buy sauna from sunlighten sauna on January even we saw bad reviews for their customer service but we trusted dr Amy myers .At mean time we was repair our house but we didn't want to wait after finish to house and on February we paid £900 deposit for sauna and they told us they will send us when we are ready. We was expecting to finish our house on March but it takes longer dan we expected and finished on April. We paid rest of price and I call them to send us our sauna. Guss what they sold our sauna, even they didn't informed us and they told me this is company's decision and they can't hold it. But when they sold us the sauna they say ,they can hold it. If they informed us about that we could want to delivery .We paid deposit that much early because we didn't want to wait . Now it is been 1 months and I call them and email them soo many times and no one answer .They are cheating to people. we did big mistakes to buy from this company please be careful about them.

I like the sauna but the engineering is mediocre. The android table and apps are out of date and the software frequently locks up. Also know it is near impossible to download any new apps without locking up the Google store. Want to download your favorite app, forget it... It won't work. I have tried to upload updated software numerous time with customer support to no avail. You control the sauna with the tablet and two cheap remotes. Lights should be integrated into the tablet. I guess I expected more out of this product.

Victoria is very knowledgable about all aspects of the full spectrum infrared sauna. My decision was an informed choice and I am over the moon excited about having better health in the near future. Thank you in advance Victoria.

I love my new Sunlighten sauna. I feel it is one of the best investments that I have made in recent years . I love how it looks, smells, and feels! What an amazing experience each time I use it. Sunlighten rep, Bri, took the time to point out and explain important information I needed to know prior to choosing the right sauna. She was kind and professional and always ready to and able to answer all my questions. Sunlighten is truly a top notch company with excellent staff and a superior product!

Best decision I ever made was buying this sauna.Stephanie was an amazing sales person and answered all of my questions and concerns. My husband was beyond impressed with the engineering and how every piece went together like it was suppose to.All the parts were there and crafted very well. He truly enjoyed putting it together.I would highly recommend this company and highly recommend Stephaine as your sales girl.

I’ve been looking at getting a sauna for a while and i was lucky enough to get hooked up with Erik. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was super knowledgeable about everything. He never tried to over sell my budget. He was concerned about the best sauna for the things I wanted out of it but within my price range. He gave me time to think it threw and was truly professional. I have gotten my sauna yet but if it’s half as i good as my dealings with Erik then it should be pretty gnarly.

Evan was so awesome. It was really a great pleasure dealing with him. He gave me every available discount that he possibly could, which we greatly appreciate given our fixed incomes. He was so friendly and very professional. We can hardly wait for our new sauna to arrive and start getting back to better health.
