I recently purchased a Sunlighten Sauna and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made.  I never would have done it without Katie Owen. Her vast knowledge of the product category helped me sort through the cheaper brands. She is genuine and trustworthy and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Katie never gave up on the sale but never pressured me either. I am a Sales Manager and I know how difficult selling an expensive product on the phone can be. Anyone can sell someone ready to buy.  Katie Owen can sell someone who isn’t. I love my mpulse conquer. Lauren has always been prompt in answering any questions I may have and sh is a pressure to talk to. My mpulse conquer heats up very quickly, and I love to listen to my Spotify play list while I’m relaxing in my sauna.

Erik did a wonderful job with his presentation and sales methods as well as his care after the purchase. He answered every question quickly and accurately and when our shipment was delayed, he got on the telephone and within 2 hours we had a reply from the delivery service.
