The Solo sauna itself seems to be a powerful tool for overall good health. However, the power cables are an absolute unsightly mess! A real nightmare. They are varying lengths so that you cannot tidy them. It blights any room you put it in because you have multipe cords, multiple controls. The design is poor. The fact that none of the pictures of the Solo show the cords borders on false advertising. Again, the sauna itself is fine. But if you care about how it looks in a room, that's a problem. While proponents of the Solo say it is easily put away - we don't find it that way at all. The power cables plug in at all different points from different ends of the sauna. Some from the foot; some from the head. It's a mess. Poor design.

James Beard was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us to find the perfect sauna that fits our needs. The quality of the sauna and near infrared wand are top notch. There have been a few delays due to Covid however James and Paige have been great in following up and assisting with the setbacks, excellent customer service and communication.

Rene was pleasant and great to work with. She was very responsive to all my inquiries. Rene was able to answer all my questions and made the application process very easy.

This is a great company and I’ve called customer service a few times to get some help with add-on features. In particular Noah who is one of the customer service representative was very helpful in guiding me through installation process of my add-ons ,he was very patient and professional.

Honestly, when I started looking into getting a sauna, I didn’t know very much. James Beard was the first person to contact me from Sunlighten and he was very knowledgeable about not only his brand, but also what I would see from other brands in the marketplace. He never spoke negatively about the other brands and encouraged me to do my research. After that conversation, I did do more research and he was still there for any question I had! Ultimately, we went with Sunlighten for the Signature III model and we are so happy with our purchase. James checked in with us all along the way to make sure everything was good! He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was everything we were promised and he did not disappoint! I would highly recommend Sunlighten to anyone looking to purchase a Infrared Sauna.

I’ve been a customer of Sunlighten for several years after first using it at my esthetician’s place in Los Angeles. I used the solo system because I have autoimmune, chronic pain and other health conditions including postural orthostatic tachycardia which made it impossible to go inside an infrared sauna without fainting. The solo system is the only thing that allows me to function and also helps with my gi motility issues (sorry for the tmi). I have had several issues with the system ranging from it not heating up to the remote not working, even the replacement remote that was sent out to me. The sales team including Briana & Amanda have been nothing short of informative and extremely helpful and I’ve been blown away by customer service & logistics (I believe that’s what they’re called). Darlene who was my first point of contact after original purchase and needing to discuss how to go about the replacement or how they handle things esp when I couldn’t go a day without using it was so patient and compassionate. I just had a virtual chat with Amanda in Sales and again feel grateful to have found such a kind, supportive and knowledgeable company who don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them with questions, but rather go out of their way to help you find the best product to suit your needs. I’m very excited about the lumiwamd and feel like I just got so educated to find the best add ons to help me on my healing journey. Thank you Amanda for your time and I’ll be waiting for my replacement solo remote so I can get my colors back on and so excited to order the wand. Can’t recommend this company enough. Best Customer Service ever! We received the sauna at the beginning of the year and my husband assembled all of it by himself until we had to put the door on. We ended up dropping the door and it broke in million little pieces (glass is made from shatterproof glass so it wasn't sharp) I called the company willing to buy a new door and they shipped us a new one 2nd day completely free! I was just shocked because most companies aren't that nice to their customers. We got the door installed (after watching the video again!) no problem and have been using and loving the sauna ever since! Great purchase!
