Best money I spent. Sunset team were a real pleasure to work with and helped immensely with the wind down. We were slowed down by a multi-entity structure, so my only wish was that Sunset covered the UK alongside the US!

I used sunset to shut down my company. the team is really good, the law-firm they work with is really useful even for custom needs, there is no surcharge to what they ask for, and generally, they are incredibly responsive. made it really easy. 5/5

We had a very positive experience working with Sunset to wind down our company, GoCharlie. Laura was extremely helpful throughout the entire process: responsive, clear, and supportive at every stage. Everything was well organized and easy to follow, which made a complex and sometimes stressful process feel very manageable. What we particularly appreciated was that Sunset went beyond simply handling the dissolution process. We had access to experts who helped us navigate areas such as accounting, investor communications, and the various administrative details involved in closing a company properly. Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and professionally managed from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Sunset to founders who need support winding down a company.

Really appreciate the support with not so straightforward dissolution. Sunset took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Would recommend to others!

Sunset made the entire process smooth and easy. Money worth spent. Founders don't want to spend weeks filing for dissolution, they want to build the next thing. Sunset helped us do this. Very grateful for their service. 10/10
