Needed a specific color and it’s on back order with no anticipated arrival date. The shipping is outrageous!! It’s more than the Poms cost themselves

I ordered 14 megaphones for my seniors for our cheer team. Customer service was fantastic, ensured they were in stock and would make my deadline and got my paperwork to get tax free added for our order. The megaphones came in so quickly and look great!! I just finished adding the decals and can’t wait to present to our seniors!

I haven’t received the item yet, so I can’t review the product itself. However, I am disappointed with the shipping. I paid extra for faster delivery, but it still hasn’t arrived, even though it was supposed to. The shipping was already expensive, so paying more for faster delivery and not receiving the package on time has been frustrating.

Thank you for your review. As your order was placed over the weekend, outside of normal business hours, we just received and shipped your order on Monday. With the 2 day shipping service you selected, the order is expected to deliver today, as expected. Amanda - Customer Care Team
