The stock on the website was not correct and no communication was sent that my item was on back order. I almost didn't have poms for my girls for competition due to the lack or communication. I will not order from this site again.

Terrific quality poms for a great price. Thrilled to order a smaller size for my toddler’s Halloween costume. Processing and shipping was quick & seamless. Definitely recommend this site to others!

wont order again-bad business... i called to ask specifically if the items were in stock, and to see how long shipping would take. they said the items were in hand/in stock and they would go out within 3 days and i would have it within a week and a half. the next thing i know, i receive an email stating that the manufacturer does not have/ is not sending the items, and they have no information on whether or not these items will be available any time soon or at all for that matter. so i replied explaining all of this, and they did nothing to fix it. bottom line: bad business, bad customer service. if they didnt have it when i called, i would understand if they were just honest. i took my business elsewhere and wont be ordering from them at all.

Thank you for your review. Many of our products are shipped by third party vendors. Unfortunately, if that vendor does not tell us an item has run out of stock, we are unaware. We do not have the ability to check real time inventory in their warehouses. Because of the supply issues and delays in getting parts needed to complete the item, many products currently have a “no ETA” status as they don’t have a date from their supplies as to when those parts will arrive to them. We reached out to you as soon as we were made aware of the issue. I apologize for the inconvenience this supply issue caused. Amanda - Customer Care Team

For Some reason the website messed up and my order did not go through. I had to call over the phone to reorder my shipment. Thankfully I noticed right away that I did not receive any confirmation. They were very helpful over the phone but it would be nice if the website worked the first time.

Thank you for your review. It is hard to know what exactly happened, but if you do not get an order confirmation, that is a good indication that the order failed in some way. Thank you for calling right away. -Andrea Stonestreet, customer care team
