Honestly I never leave reviews but I had too, and I am not sponsored but I was looking for quality pom poms. Got the holographic pom in the color forest and a white plastic pom for home games. I ordered it around the past weekend either Saturday night or Sunday morning. The package came in two days and I had done ground shipping. I had thought it was coming a bit later but was surprised. And the pom poms came fluffed too! Will be purchasing from you guys in the future :)

I ordered 60 poms on 8/30/21. Estimated ship date was 2-3 days and the color I ordered said IN STOCK. It is now 9/14/21 and I have emailed customer care to get the status of my order with no response. Zero communication from the company since placing the order on 8/30 and still no poms

Thank you for your review. I apologize that you had not yet been contacted regarding this order. I do have the poms changed, per our phone conversation, and you should see those in a few days. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Amanda - Customer Care Team

My 6 year old granddaughter loves her new pom poms. I was so happy to be able to buy her one red and one black Pom Pom just like the varsity cheerleaders have. She is so adorable to watch at the games as she tries to imitate them.

Two orders - one couldn't be filled due to low inventory but the website let me order it. Received the other order with wrong sizes and short items.

Thank you for your review. Many items ship direct from vendor or manufacturers. Unfortunately, we cannot note there is a stock issue if those companies do not notify us of the backorder. We apologize that your order was affected. If you have not already contacted us, please email [email protected] to see if you have multiple packages coming to you and to discuss the error.
