You offered a product on your website that shows in stock in the size and color of our choice. I placed my order and paid for it. I wait over a week then get an email that states the product is not available and won’t be back in stock until October. Super frustrating and annoying that you don’t keep better track of your product supply.

As stated during our phone conversation, we were unable to make stock during 2020 due to our manufacturing plant being forced to shut down for many months due to the pandemic. This greatly affected stock for this year, with not only our supply but with many companies within our industry. We apologize that we sold out of the item you requested.
