Why do I do this....
I was one of the few to actually refiance. However, got a raise at work making over $1300 net or $2600 take home a month and only got approved for $1200. Just no words.

Thank you for your business, Ms. Kline! I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations. We take a number of factors into consideration, including overtime. Unfortunately, without your overtime, your net pay did not qualify you to be approved for more than a $1,200 loan. Our underwriting guidelines state that net income must exceed $1,200 biweekly, without overtime.
