Hi Tim, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m sorry to hear about the initial difficulty you experienced, but am happy that the computer was functioning as designed. Based on your order, your system was configured with a dedicated graphics card, which automatically disables the HDMI ports on the motherboard. In this setup, all video output must come directly from the graphics card, using the included adapters provided in your hardware kit. Our support team is able to guide customers through this type of learning curve situation very quickly once we’re able to connect during business hours. We understand this can be unexpected if you don’t use dedicated graphics cards often, and we’re always happy to walk through setup step-by-step. Hi Trae, Thank you for being a valued customer since 2018 and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback about this past order. We are very sorry about the paperwork mistakes we made on this order and the resulting inconvenience those mistakes caused. After a thorough review of the order processing steps we took, and the steps we missed, we have determined that our own internal sales and order processing procedures were not followed properly. We will be re-training the sales staff on their responsibilities, as well as updating some of our order processing procedures based on your feedback. We missed the order entry QC step and missed the order acknowledgement email step, however I would however like to clarify that our records do show that we emailed the invoice with tracking number to you. It was emailed to your service@... Email address on July 26th, the day after your order was shipped. We are also thankful that you ultimately received the reliable, properly configured computer you ordered. Because our paperwork error led to this order shipping to your previous ship to address rather than the one on this order, please allow us to ship your next order free of charge and/or offer another form discount to make up for the inconvenience and expense this caused you. Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I read your review and have reviewed your email correspondence over the past year; I understand your frustration! Your experience is real and yet unique to your circumstances; Perhaps your title should read "Don't buy the SL-PPC-22W-E3845SPC-IP65 from SuperLogics" let me explain. Unlike all of our other products, the product you buy, the SL-PPC-22W-E3845SPC-IP65 Fully (front and back) IP65 Stainless Steel Panel PC, is a very long lead time product from Taiwan. We build the rest of our units to order in Natick, MA. The SL-PPC-22W-E3845SPC-IP65 is very rarely purchased and is therefore not possible to forecast and in turn is not stocked. It is one of the only products that we have to put a large warning sign on the top of the web site product page for: "8-12 Weeks Lead Time - Please Call For Current Status". We decided to offer this product because it offers a unique set of features almost never needed by our customers but features not covered by our other systems which all ship within 7-9 business days. We assumed the very long lead time warning would offer fair warning for customers considering buying it - and that when the very long lead time happened, that they would not write a very negative review. Except for one SL-PPC-22W-E3845SPC-IP65, your company bought all of the few of these sold in 2018. Under normal circumstances of a long lead time item, we could still effectively relay updates on status of existing orders or orders that you are considering placing, but the broker for main assembly of this part is terrible at communicating status which frustrates us as well. So where do we go from here? I'm torn about whether to offer the the SL-PPC-22W-E3845SPC-IP65 anymore. Ironically the only reason we offer this part is to satisfy a rare set of circumstances, circumstances that only you have. You are its only customer yet in exchange for bringing this unique item in as best we can for you, we get a very broad very negative review in return. We are all frustrated by lack of availability information on this item and that is out of our control and unlikely to change for this item. OK, lets do this. If you would like us to continue to offer this product given its long lead time and our limited ability to update on order availability, please update your review within the next week indicating you would like to continue purchasing the SL-PPC-22W-E3845SPC-IP65 despite its long, sometimes unknown lead time. If we don't hear from you we will assume you do not plan to buy it anymore and it will be discontinued. Thanks, Matt

Hi Matt, Thank you very much for your business, 15 custom systems over the past 6 months, and for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience with respect to speed of order fulfillment of invoice # 50409. I researched the issue and discovered that the delay, at least in part, was caused by a decline of the provided company credit card. We attempted to process it several times and left at least one message about the situation but that message was not returned. As time passed it sounds like we could have been more persistent in following up to try to get a credit card that would be accepted. Once we were able to process your credit card payment, since your parts are non-standard, delivery time for your parts adds a little bit of time compared to our standard products. It is worth noting that your next order, invoice 50593, shipped on the day you placed the order. If you happen to have a minute to expand on your review (either here or with me on the phone) so that we may know how we might be able to improve that would be very valuable feedback. We are always looking for ways to have the ultimate customer experience so detail is greatly appreciated. Again, thank you for your review! Matt M

"Hi Hassam and Shakir, I have learned that due to an internal miscommunication between production and shipping, we shipped your order on separate days causing an increase in your shipping cost. I apologize for the mistake and have discussed this internally to prevent a re-occurrence (see below). Once the mistake happened, we should have paid for the increased cost above what you would have paid if they shipped at the same time since you did not authorize partial shipments. Based on our calculations, the extra amount we would have paid using our account in this situation is $163.00. If you agree, I would like to return this to you.
