When placing sample orders, the delivery address is entered manually by users, and any missing details, like an apartment number, might impact delivery. The billing address does not impact the provided shipping address by you. As per our refund policy, orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses are not eligible for a refund. However, once the package is returned to our warehouse, we can arrange a reshipment for a shipping fee. Regarding the images, our free subscription does not include additional mockups. Free plan users have access to only 1 free mockup. Additional images without watermarks are part of a Starter subscription(https://supliful.com/subscription-pricing), as communicated in our service terms.
