Never shipped order despite multiple assurances they had
Zero trust in this online store. I purchased several vitamin bottles, received a confirmation of the order that stated it would be shipped within 7 days. That was over 30 days ago. The phone number on the site goes to a VM that is full. Email responses have assured me on 3 occasions that the products were going to be delivered in a few days. The site is suspect and may just be farming for people's credit card information. DO NOT purchase from them. UPDATE: 8 weeks later my package arrived. Customer service never provided tracking information on the shipment so I revised my star rating from 1 to 2.
