Order not received!
Even though I did not receive my order I was very impressed with the quick response from Supply Center USA with a though and comprehensive explanation. In addition a refund of the charge was immediate! I appreciate the professionalism Supply Center USA extends to the satisfaction of their customers!

JJ was prompt in responding to my question about a product and why it wasn’t shipping. He researched and found that the manufacturer is not currently making or supplying it. JJ took time to explain everything, posted the complete refund, and had excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Good customer service
Even though I was irritated because it had been 30 days since I placed my order and still not received it, they immediately responded to my email to let me know they could no longer get the product and then immediately refunded me.
