Very warm and responsive and explained the issue. JJ resolved my issue immediately and I'm very satisfied.

Ordered a product that was discontinued by the manufacturer. The website made it appear to be in stock. They would not take any inquiries until at least 28 days after. I never received the product and had to contact them. JJ informed me that they were still attempting to obtain the item and they would have to refund my purchase. He handled it very professionally and fast. It is a shame that this kind of quality service was not provided up front.

I never received notice of shipment so I contacted customer support. I got a response the next morning. I was told one of the items was having a shipping issue & was promptly given a refund. Fast, excellent customer service!
