My HP printer would not connect with my wifi. The person from support was nice at first then telling me I need to pay about 200. to clear my MAC of a corrupt driver. When I told him I wanted to think about he became upset saying he just spent an hour trying to find the problem. Would not recommend and will not buy another HP.

Desktop in garantie zit in een bootloop met zwarte schermen en stopcodes. 'Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart' zo blijft die maar gaan.. verschillende keren gebeld naar HP, elke keer weer word ik in wacht geplaatst. System diagnostics gedaan en alle foto's doorgestuurd/geantwoord op hun mail zoals gevraagd maar ze krijgen die niet toe..(noreply mail) geweldig. Iedere keer krijg ik de vraag opnieuw of ik die testen gedaan heb. 'Ja en die zijn passed' zeg ik, dan gaan ze verder kijken. 'Blijf even in de wacht' NATUURLIJK. Een 15e x of een 16e x wat maakt het uit.. VERSCHRIKKELIJK

It seems strange to me that there are so many negative experiences as I've only ever had positive ones. I always have found their technical support team to be helpful polite & able to resolve any issues I've had . In fact today I finished my call to them by saying I wish all call centres were so helpful!

Laptop, der über Fr. 1‘300.- kostete, konnte nach ca 7 Monaten gebrauch nicht mehr aufgeladen werden. Ich meldete dies am Support via Chat. 45 Minuten lang unterhielt ich mich KI ehe ich einmal mit einer Person verbunden wurde. Ich musste einen Test nach dem anderen durchführen, die das letzte Bisschen Akku des Laptops noch ganz aufbrauchten. Endlich wurde ich im Chat mit einem Menschen verbunden. Der fragte noch einmal genau das selbe wie KI schon fragte und brauchte für jede Antwort 5-8 Minuten. Ich kam nicht weiter und rief den Support an. Ich musste mich mit KI unterhalten, wurde natürlich noch einmal exakt das selbe gefragt, ehe ich endlich mit einer Person verbunden wurde. Diese wollte die selben Tests erneut machen und war extrem langsam und unfreundlich. Ich hatte keine Zeit mehr und bat darum, später weiterfahren zu dürfen, da ich zwischenzeitlich an einen Termin musste. Sie meinte, sie würde am Nachmittag noch einmal anrufen, was nicht passierte. Nach dem Wochenende erhielt ich eine Mail, dass mein Fall bei HP innert drei Tagen geschlossen würde und einige Stunden später die nächste Nachricht, dass der Fall nun geschlossen sei. Natürlich von einer Mailadresse, auf die man nicht antworten kann.

Sinds enige weken kreeg ik bericht van HP dat er geen verbinding was met mijn laptop en printer. Deze week wilde ik hem gebruiken en de Wifi deed het niet. Gebeld met HP ,De A1 assistent is een drama , daarna iemand aan de telefoon werd verbroken . Nogmaals gebeld ,weer deA1 ,wel sneller een medewerker die er achteraf gezien ook helemaal niets van wist. De WIFI versterker moest afgesloten. Uiteindelijk even wifi gehad en wat uit kunnen printen. Maar na een halfuur was het weer over. Zou vandaag teruggebeld worden ,maar heel eerlijk denk ik dat na een aantal jaren HP beslist dat je eigenlijk maar een nieuwe printer moet kopen en de WIFI verbinding saboteert. Één ding is voor mij duidelijk : Geen nieuwe HP meer en wat ik lees ben ik niet de enige die deze klacht heeft. Bij elkaar ben ik gisteren anderhalf uur bezig geweest Zonder resultaat. Het riekt naar oplichting.

Do not use HP, if you have any issue they will not help you. There is none to be responsible, the company support is all remotes located in India or some other country where they can save money. My printer stopped printing and lost connection with cloud, the assisting team had multiple attempts with no lack and mantra of ‘we escalated the case and get back to you’, they also didn’t refund my ink subscription despite not even reveling the ink. Stay away from HP go for different brand as they not worth your time and energy to solve any issue.

Unable to turn off Instant Ink. The printer stopped connecting to the internet and I fought to get the account closed. nope. Can’t sign in. Can’t talk to a human in a reasonable amount of time. Can’t get them to stop billing. They just abuse the account process to inflate their billing and leave you stuck. No printer. Still paying for ink. Will need to shut down the bank account to stop this.
