Terrible site. I waited two weeks for a "Doctors approval" when their website states that the approval process takes 24 to 48 hours. Still with no response, I canceled my membership since they will charge you even BEFORE getting the "approval." The only positive outcome was that I was refunded the full amount within 24 hours. For them, it's all about making the money. If consumers do not follow up, they will be more than happy to take your money with confidence.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously, but we were unable to verify this case, as no information was provided and there was no response to our request for details. Without that, we’re unable to locate an account or confirm the situation described. That said, we’d like to clarify that the approval timeframe is typically 24–48 hours, though in some cases delays can occur depending on the completeness of the information submitted or if additional review is required. We also want to note that no charges are processed without an order being placed, and in this case, as mentioned, a full refund was issued promptly, which reflects our commitment to resolving concerns fairly. If this review is associated with a valid order, we encourage you to contact our support team with your details so we can properly investigate and assist.
