Support Pets, assisted with my renewal ESA paper work. I missed the letter from Support Pets with the questionaire the doctor needed to renew my dog as an ESA letter dog. Support Pets is customer oriented, and responded to my request for assistance within 24 hours.

I do not recommend this company, about 4 years ago I signed my pup up for this. Initially for the basic package. They up-sell like all companies do, so I went with what called signature package currently. It was difficult just to get the letter and to this day NEVER received the package I upgraded to! Trying to contact anyone was like pulling teeth. They had no problem charging my credit card twice for initial charge then the upgrade. Here's a thought for my fellow dog owners train your dog so they will follow your commands and most importantly not bark at everything. This month my dog turns 5 years old, we go on walks with no leash. I can tell her to sit near the door of a convenient store or anywhere and she will stay there til I return. I used Don Sullivan's training program that uses praise over treats! We travel for work and when we do get a motel room she stays for free as a service dog.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. However, we were unable to verify this case, as no identifying information (such as name, email, or order details) was provided, and this appears to reference an experience from several years ago. We did reach out requesting additional information so we could investigate and assist, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Our service connects customers with licensed professionals and has helped thousands of individuals successfully obtain ESA documentation for housing purposes. We also have a dedicated customer support team available via chat and email to assist with any issues, including order concerns or missing items. If you’re willing to provide your details, we would be more than happy to review your case. Count on us
