We have gone through various hosting providers over the years and saw that there was always something missing in every provider, whether it be reliability, performance, support, or just morals as a whole. Many providers use outdated hardware and the ones who do in fact use higher-end hardware consume lots of power and other resources, leaving behind a huge carbon footprint. Surf Hosting was created as an all-in-one solution.Highest quality out there, treating customers like human beings instead of a number, no matter how large we get. These are the very baseline of core values that drive our success here at Surf Hosting. We believe that if you do good for the world, the world does good for you - Which is why we are committed to contributing 3.4% of our profits towards carbon removal and tree planting for a greener future.

Surf hosting is by far one of the best server hosting sites ive worked with on any of my various game servers. They provide quality customer service and support even in off hours with a very quick response rate. With my most recent support ticket they helped me to resolve my issue in under 20 mins of me opening the ticket. That includes the time it took for them to respond and the time it took to actually walk me through fixing it.

It's been a while since I wrote a review, and honestly. Nothing has changed my experience. My servers are running well, and the support I have gotten in that time has been great. I'm looking forward to getting some new services online soon. (hopefully they can help me with that though, but I think they will :D)

Bought a Minecraft server with them. Am not a fan of the control panel. Maybe offer the option to have Multicraft or AMP. Note: I don't like sharing my information within reviews. This is nothing about their service just not a fan of the panel they use, I prefer AMP or Multicraft.

We're sorry to hear you're not a fan of our control panel. We appreciate your feedback and understand your preference for Multicraft or AMP. We are happy to say that we have a massive panel update coming up with tons of new features and a brand new UI design :)

The service was as expected, outstanding support tickets, fastest and most human replies I've ever gotten. It doesn't feel like your talking to a brick wall when your getting help. Help usually comes almost instantly, barely any wait times. Overall a great experience so far and I would recommend it to anyone especially those struggling with getting the help they need from their service provider.
