Monday evening, November 14 I was in the process of completing a booking via the 800 number for the Autumnal Bread class when I was disconnected. I called again and Mr. Christopher came to my rescue. He was most professional, patient and kind. We rebooked the class and he made certain that I fully understood the process including the cancellation fee. How wonderful it was to work with Christopher who fully understands customer satisfaction!

I had a last minute cancellation for a cooking class that I very much wanted to attend, but a last minute family emergency would not allow my participation.
