I had called Sur La Table customer service and spoke with Abel, who was extremely helpful. He answered my questions about an upcoming cooking class that I had registered my sister and myself for. Abel was very professional, and helpful!

When I received my pkg and opened it I had gotten the wrong color! I called and talked to a lady named Marilyn ! She was extremely sweet and helpful! She fixed everything and walked me through it step by step! Marilyn was wonderful!

BUYER BEWARE! Sur La Table won’t refund you even if they don’t send the product! My order was placed on Aug 12th. The last shipping activity was Aug 16th. It’s now October, and I still don’t have the products I ordered despite emailing customer service multiple times (last two times no response). I finally called and was told they can’t refund my order and I need to wait until UPS or USPS declares the items lost. On the phone, the customer service rep said she would send an email to USPS and UPS and cc’ me on it to check the status. I never received an email and now need to call AGAIN to ask for a refund for products I never received! Why would they make the customer wait while they battle it out with the shipping company? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, that’s why.

I called Sur La Tables customer service to follow up on my order since I didn’t get a tracking number on my Dutch oven. Christopher was an angel to speak to! He was so helpful in getting me the information I need and confirmed that my order was in a good status. I appreciated his kindness and knowledge!

I attempted to register for a cooking class online but the website froze in the middle of the transaction. So I called customer service and Chris was a tremendous help and he completed the transaction on my behalf. Chris was very patient and kind and deserves a shout out for his great spirit!

Three of us were going to go to a French cooking class in a couple of days, but one of us is on the way to the local hospital for a burst appendix. All of us needed a refund which was cheerfully and efficiently provided by Christopher. We were so looking forward to the class and are eager to reschedule as soon as we can.
