Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
We respect every student's right to share their perspective, but we would like to provide additional context and clarify several misleading statements that we believe do not accurately reflect your experience in the program.
8 MONTHS OF ACCESS USED
First, you remained actively engaged in the program for approximately over eight months as of May 2026 following your enrollment. During that time, you participated in and had access to live coaching sessions, educational workshops, in person networking opportunities, and other program activities. Your refund requests were made after services had been substantially delivered and after significant participation in the program. As outlined in the enrollment agreement and refund policy that was provided before enrollment, refunds are not available once services have been rendered. While we understand and empathize with the financial and personal hardships you later shared with us, we are unable to provide refunds after a student has received the majority of the program's benefits and services.
Second, your characterization of the program as outdated or solely self-study does not align with the program structure or your own documented participation. The program provides multiple live interactive sessions each week, ongoing 1-1 coaching (you were paired with an Investor who works at a large private equity fund and you scheduled 1-1 time with them), guest lectures from industry professionals, networking opportunities in person with private equity / VC professionals in various cities, and recorded content for review. Throughout your participation, you attended numerous live sessions and actively engaged with instructors and fellow students.
We also note that throughout the 8 months, you publicly shared positive feedback regarding the program and instructors. For example as documented in your quotes below from just the last 2 months.
• Great Class [Instructor Name]"
• "[Instructor Name] fantastic class. If there are any opportunities to intern with you simultaneously it would be great to learn from you all of the theoretical concepts in real time."
• " This is a really good paper, I haven’t finished all 50+ pages, halfway there, great content and application of economics (micro and macro trends)"
• "Fabulous lectures. I feel like a lot of concepts that were half finished during my MBA, your classes are helping me tie in the whole picture."
We share these comments not to diminish your current concerns, but because they are part of the overall record and provide important context regarding your experience in the program which is contrary to your account of the events. Describing lectures as "fantastic" and "fabulous," praising course materials, and requesting an internship opportunity with an instructor are sentiments that speak to the quality and relevance of the instruction you received.
Regarding the enrollment process, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our discussions as "high-pressure sales tactics." Program details, pricing, policies, and enrollment terms were provided before enrollment, and participation was entirely voluntary. We held two calls to give you time to review the materials. Like many educational programs, enrollment capacity to support students to the level of high quality that we do is limited, and we communicate those limitations transparently. Ultimately, the decision to enroll was yours to make after reviewing the information provided. Regarding platform access, accounts are placed on temporary administrative hold per our student agreement as standard policy.
We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We remain committed to supporting our students and their professional goals.
