I rely on my friends at Swain for assistance in tailoring the perfect vacations for my clients with more exotic tastes, and they have never once let me down! In the last year, I have worked with them on several trips to ANZ, SE Asia, and even Africa, and their service and attention to the clients' needs are outstanding. I am looking forward to working with them on many more adventures to come.

Great company, very efficient and reliable, but I had problems with the rep. He had an attitude problem and was very difficult to work with.

We used Swain for a multiple destination vacation in South Africa and Zimbabwe, involving multiple modes of transportation. We worked directly with one of their reps in planning the trip, and providing specific information on what objectives we had. Swain worked out the details. We were very pleased with the overall vacation and the attention to detail in hotel selections, transport to and from airports and hotels, and in-country travel guides and services. We had used them previously for a trip to Australia and we had an excellent experience then which is why we used them for this trip. They did not disappoint. We recommend them highly and will use them again.

Arlene
Very well planned and enjoyable. The accommodations were great, and all the drivers were on time and very knowledgeable. We stayed at a few places that were off the beaten path that made the trip special. However we had to change some of our activities because the guide thought that the planned activity would be too strenuous; and we found the cost to be a little pricey.
