Always classes that were excellent in diversity, professionalism, and challenging before the pandemic, since then the Zoom classes have done so much to keep everything on an even keel with something to look forward to always delivered by excellent instructors.

I have been a client for many years, initially encouraged to “try” Pilates by my wife. From the very beginning-working to define my objectives and then developing a specific plan-the experience has been outstanding. Core strength, flexibility and balance have improved immeasurably. The instructors are all outstanding and the transition to virtual with the pandemic, seamless. Just a wonderful group of people that are keenly interested in my well being.
